I checked and I am winning more games than I lose however I am losing more and more lp per loss and gaining less and less lp per win. I also consistently achieve S rank in my games. Can someone explain this to me.
I'm not worried about getting demoted because I will just climb out again I obviously don't belong in low silver but this whole lp thing is just going to make it take longer than it needs to.
If you spent a long time and played a lot of games in low MMR, it'll take a lot of games to get your MMR to rise. You're seeing a high win% in recent games, but you need a long term trend of wins to convince the system your MMR should be higher. When your rank passes your MMR, you get tiny LP gains and huge LP losses.
real talk - If you go on a vicious like 8+ game losing streak it takes like 3 weeks of you dumping on kids to get it back to normal. It sucks.
im in same boat i just droped 3 ranks losing 30-60 lp a game and winning only 10-15 lp a game
That’s the mmr system kicking in. That riot just needs to let us fucking see already. -.-
I stomped through bronze gaining 30-60 lp per win. Then had a losing streak in gold of like 4-5 in a row, and my gains dropped INSTANTLY to 7-9 per win and losses were breaking 30-40.
