What's the longest you've been in queue for? (RANKED)

As long as they fix the queue system they don't have to make another League Champion for another 3 years, honestly though, sometimes I'm in queue for over 15 minutes, I cancel queue, start over, another 15 minutes gone by, eventually by the time I find a game its been over 40 minutes.

How long have you been in queue for, or how long do you usually wait till you join champion select?
