Help with Hextech Crafting!

I'm ineligible to gain loot, and was wondering if anyone knows how long I'll be ineligible for, I got a chat restriction 2-3 weeks ago and got rid of it pretty fast.

If i am not mistaken you should already be eligible to gain loot again. Though i can not varify it since i have never been restricted. The official post stated though that after fulfilling the restriction time you are eligible

I'm still not eligible though, I've finished the chat restriction weeks ago. By the way, where does it say that? A link to where you get the information would be nice.

Is there anyway I can check when the last time I got a chat restriction was, and how long I have to wait to be reformed?

Actually i have no clue I have not had a warning yet so i did not look it up. You could ask a riot employee on board post. Maybe you are lucky enough and get a reply, other wise ask the support for further information. I am sorry for not being able to help you in this regard

People who recently had a chat restriction haven't been eligible for rewards even if they finished the games.

Someone mentioned you may have to pass the reformation period, which could be a few months. I have no idea about the accuracy of this information, but it seems possible.
