Overall Quality/ Gameplay Of New Season

diamond player, main jungle/mid. Im really having a hard time transitioning/enjoying this new season. From a jungler aspect the jungle is extremely hard early on for most junglers (not to mention the cost of machete leaves us with 2 potions). This is leading to pretty much no one being able to gank after they clear both buffs (minus ww and fid). That can all be changed fairly easily though, i like the different items and paths they take for jungles now. Warwick has gone from a pretty average jungle to being pretty much an autoban now. (just got nerfed too)

The biggest issue im having this season is the turrets.... Most of all the inhibtor/nexus turrets.... The pure strength is leading too extremly long and boring games.... leads really dont have that much of an impact at all cause as soon as you hit the inhibitor turret the team can easily turtle and youre not left with much especially with the baron buff. So im finding games are dragging on really long. With extremely strong inhib turrets its making getting damage down on the turret hard with the fast clear. Turret diving before you are full tank is suicide now as well, semi-tanky mid game champs get torn to shreds in seconds. Its really frustrating when youre team is winning early/mid by 15-20 kills and cant not alone end but even get a real advantage do to baron/inhib buffs. Yes dragon gives you advantages you can take with the lead but it only spawns every 6 minutes, to get 5 your usually looking at a minimum of a 40 minute game (assuming you take the first 5 that come up).

And this is where im starting to lose the love of the game. You SHOULD be rewarded when your team wins early in most lanes. Late game champs who thrive in team fights are gonna be the new meta.

Personally i dont like playing every game to 40-60 minutes.... I like the short games of 25-30 minutes.... AND the best thing about those shorter games last season was if the game went later it was a really good game.... now you can get a 70 minute where its never really close, turrets and objectives just dragged it out. I recently just played a 60 minute game, they aced us 5-1. 4 members were up at our nexus turrets, no minions and the death timers were about 60 seconds. They proceeded to try and tank the turrets and end the game...Being all at roughly 40% hp from the fight the turrets shredded them even with them having 2 beefy players. They had to back off.... I couldnt believe it.... a 55 minute ace 5-1 and the team couldnt end the game... they were missing their adc but none the less the game dragged on another 5 minutes til the next push/teamfight.

I am really hoping for a big change to come soon.... one where games can end in 25 minutes.... one where the jungler meta isnt going to be 4-5 champs that can just sustain through the jungle.

Personally, too much, too fast riot.

Now its time to do some damage control and tone it down a bit. We get it, you want longer games for lcs. Inhib turret hugging isnt going to be fun to watch anyways so lets be proactive and fix some of these issues.

Every change that came with the preseason makes me want to quit this game.

Im at about 50% changes make me wanna quit. The other 50% are downgrades on previous seasons
