Add an alternative way to store control wards?

First of all, I would like to apologise if I have posted in the wrong area, I wasn't quite sure where to post it.

Anyway, the main topic. I feel as if control wards should still be able to be used when someone is full build, or has their inventory full. This way you wouldn't have to sell anything, or be stuck the rest of the game without being able to buy them. it also frees up the situation where your inventory is full, and you can't buy part of an item because you have a control in your inventory, too.

One idea that comes to mind would be to add another slot, but it seems like a lot just for one item, but it's still a solution. This way you can have a control ward bought and stored, while not taking up space. Secondly, and I think this idea would be more practicle. The ward slot should hold it, similar to the ghost poro. So when you buy a control ward your normal ward is swapped out , and whe you press it, a control ward is used.
