Loot bug? - Not recieving level up loot

Not sure if this is my client glitching, or something else. But everytime I log in to league my loot keeps flashing like I have a new item added to it. I also just finished a game then, and when I clicked continue I was prompted with the level up screen saying I leveled up and that I was given a champion capsule. I look in my loot and the champion capsule hasn't been added. I have also tried restarting my client, but no luck.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
