Riots ping number is so off... why?
I just played a game with so much delay between clicks. Yet it tells me I have 30 ping and 500 FPS? Yeah, okay.

Mouse problem probably
First off let me say this.
WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU PLAYING WITH 500FPS! ARE YOU TRYING TO BURN YOUR GRAPHICS CARD TO THE FUCKING GROUND!
Okay, phew, glad that is off my chest. I guarantee that having such a high frame rate, it is causing stuttering and chopiness because it can't handle it.
have you considered capping your frame rate? there's not really much point in playing with 500 fps, I cap mine at 60.
