Soraka E on a zonyas target still doesn't silence
A target can zonyas, you can put your E under them, and when they come out of silence there's a period where the target can still use spells while in the circle. Is this intended?

It's a problem with how the engine detects if they're silenced. Its gonna look something like this. (from what I understand). There's only so many ticks that check
Lets say it detects every 'tick'. (random number) They zhonya, you drop the silence under them.
Tick 1 - zhonya active (not silenced)
Tick 2 - Checks to see if a target can be silenced - zhonya active (not silenced)
Tick 3 - Checks to see if a target can be silenced. Zhonya is off. Opponent activated 
. Will Flash on 4. Will Silence on 4.
Tick 4 - Opponent Flashes - If still silence-able, then silence
Or they flash between the ticks. Idk. It's one of them
They should fix it and her silence should also interrupt Tristana's rocket jump since it's silence same thing with Ezreal. Also Soraka's silence should turn off a toggle skills like ex. Karthu's E Defile, Swain's Ravenous Flock etc.
