Why does ashe get so many nerfs when frozen gauntlet EZ exists?

Can someone explain?

Ashe is immobile, has a shorter poke range than Ez, almost zero dmg ultimate that's hard to hit and hard countered by qss, less damage, less burst. Her W deals zero damage.

Honestly don't understand why she was nerfed. Only reason people played her is because she was decent vs the tank meta with her AOE slows and ult engage. Now she feels so trash. Low damage... her "slow" feels so pointless.

Uhg. So frustrating that Ashe finally got to see some play... became a semi popular pick... and immediately was dumpstered by riot. Meanwhile graves jihn and ez will continue to be top marksman for a while now.

Ashe wasn't nerfed because of her slows, she was nerfed because she had the most utility of the role while also having incredible DPS. Considerably higher DPS than Ezreal.

You live in a fantasy world if you don't believe Ashe was too strong.

graves aint even a marksman. he is a tank mage burst assassin fighter jungler who excels at everything. i dont like blue ez i think its trash you lose so much damage by not building ap or triforce.
