A probably dumb Annie rework idea

Why is Tibbers a nuke? I think it would be way more enjoyable if I got to use Tibbers to beat people down with... you know like any demonic pet. To be honest Annie and Tibbers kind of remind me of Illyasviel von Einzbern and Berserker from the Fate series but I wish Tibbers got to do more than just be summoned as a nuke.

If Annie ever gets reworked I personally would love to see more emphasis on Tibbers... here is an example kit to illustrate what I mean and hopefully something to build off of.

Passive: Pyromania On every fifth ability cast, Annie's next offensive ability will slow by X% (Uh... I could probably think of something better but this is just an example kit to illustrate what I mean...but hey I removed her stun)

Q: Disintegrate Active: Annie hurls a fireball at a target enemy unit, dealing magic damage on-hit.

Tibbers Active: Tibbers hurls a fireball at a target enemy unit, dealing magic damage to the target and all nearby enemy targets.

W: Incinerate Active: Annie scorches all enemies in a 50° conic area in front of her with fire, dealing magic damage.

Tibbers Active: Tibbers slams the ground scorching the area around him with fire, dealing magic damage and maybe stunning for 1 sec?

E: Molten Shield Active: For 5 seconds, Annie is surrounded by a shield of fire, increasing her armor and magic resistance and dealing magic damage to enemies each time they use a basic attack against her.

Tibbers Active: Tibbers is surrounded by a flaming aura that deals magic damage every second to enemies within 200-range of himself and increasing his armor and magic resist.

R: Summon Tibbers

Active: Annie summons Tibbers to the target location. Tibbers remains on the field for up to 45 seconds or until killed (Tibbers is immune to smite) < not sure if necessary but I would hate to have a cool pet caster be countered by a summoner spell.

Passive: While Tibbers is summoned Annie gains access to his abilities.

So does anyone else get the urge to beat someone down with a demonic pet?

I personally love annie as is and would not like any rework to be done. I would love your idea to be transferred into a new champion though, where the ultimate shapeshifts them into a more powerful version for a small time period. Really good idea.

This Idea is Probably best suited for a new Champion. I Really Can't see Annie Being a Puppet Master type champion, even with a rework. And if the Ult was the Key source of the Puppet master's kit, it would need a much shorter Cooldown.

Their is a few point towards Summon Tibbers. It only really nukes if you have your stun up. and follow up with W and Q. A more interesting Utility is that Tibbers can actually tank turret shots pretty well. It makes for a decent method to siege tower if you don't have a minion wave.

The problem with this is A) It removes her only hard cc, which makes her short range even more prominent and laughable. And B) it shifts most of her power into a pet with 350 movespeed. As in, some champions can already naturally outrun him, and any champion with boots is at least equal to him.

I mean technically you can have Tibbers up almost 100% of the time already. At max cdr and lvl 16 Tibbers lasts for 45 seconds and your ulti is on a 48 second cooldown. Also Tibbers that can cast spells (one being somewhat defensive) would tank for longer than current Tibbers although it is kind of sad that you use Tibbers to kill someone then make Tibbers die to a tower... the poor guy :( ... As far as the stun thing ... honestly it would be broken if it existed on this concept.

Also, yes it can be used as an idea for a different champion but out of League's roster this was the easiest to base it off of since it's the only thing that even comes close to the concept.

A) "Tibbers Active: Tibbers slams the ground scorching the area around him with fire, dealing magic damage and maybe stunning for 1 sec?" ... and her range would actually be MUCH higher than currently ... not only that but I left ranges out because it's a concept but let's say you use her current ranges that means you can cast Tibbers at 600 range then make Tibbers cast a fireball which is 625 range but that's from 600 range already meaning you are casting a fireball at 1225 units from Annie compared to 625 range currently and that isn't even taking into consideration that you can move Tibbers about 1125 units away from Annie before he leashes back to her. So I mean technically you could get around a 1750 unit Q ... if you didn't change numbers at all which I wouldn't advise but since you somehow think her range would be shorter I just thought I'd explain in more detail how it works.

B) Movespeed on pets again not a hard thing to fix you either add slows to the kit so the pet can catch up or you add movespeed modifiers to the pet or both. Also as a side note Captain's enchantment works for Tibbers and it's a lot harder to kite a Tibbers that throws fireballs then a Tibbers that can only auto after being summoned.
