At current it is not possible to obtain this skin. Riot has said in the future they might bring back the ability to obtain Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick.

Luckily I have this awesome skin.

Yeah I remember when it was in the store to buy for like 975 but I was just 15 with no job back then so I oculdnt obtain it when I really wanted it but wish it would come back

I hope they bring it back purely because it looks closer to the old feral warwick(which was my favorite skin for him) then the new feral warwick does.
