Runaans on jhin?
does the 4th attack appeal the 25% of missing hp as bonus damage on the 2 runaans attacks aswell? i dont think so otherwise everyone would rush that.

Truly Prideful2 votesI'm fairly certain it does, but it is still the worst zeal item for Jhin. It is potential cheese at best, you'll perform better with RFC / Shiv / PD.
