Why can't I look at the champ list after selecting a champion...

I select morgana for someone else and then I want to look at the list for him to pick for me... YET IM STUCK LOOKING AT MORGANA SKINS... #WTFRIOT...

At least make morgana hot so I have something look at... yeesh...

Let me look at the list after selection so I know who I want...

It's kind of common sense...
