Just some information you should all know to save time and money.

So, I was asking some general questions about behavior reform to unlock keys because I have so little on my account that I might as well start over and I would progress faster. So I asked a Riot employee if I had moved down a tier after it being four months and all, and this is what she had to say.

Generally speaking, players who are toxic in game will receive a punishment shortly after their game has ended, provided a report has been made. The punishment can be a chat restriction, temporary suspension or a permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the negative behavior displayed in game.

More offenses on an account means a stronger punishment:

First offense: 10 games chat restriction Second offense: 25 games chat restriction Third offense: 2 week ban Fourth offense: Permanent ban

Now this is fine and dandy until you read the bold section. See, Hanna and all of the Riot employees are pulling a Hillary Clinton Email scandal by using what is the equivalent to the 5th amendment to avoid self perjury. The reason they won't reveal the details is because it would ruin the integrity of their system.

Why? Because they don't lower tiers at all. See, systematically if they lowered tiers my account every 3 months like they claimed, I wouldn't have ever achieved above a 10 game restriction. This has never happened. I had managed over the course of 4 years to be reported and punished for a grand total of 3 times. Now if the system had worked the most I should have received is a 25 game restriction and if it was still working I should be at a 10 game as of right now.

However, I not only have hit 2 week, but when unjustifiably hit 2 weeks they refused to explain as to why is had occurred.

When I have asked if I have been lowered yet again from 2 week to 25 as it should be assuming they made changes or it had been some mistake, I should be at 25 working on 10.

However yet again, they dodge me and state that they are liars and that they have no intention of lowering my punishment tier because doing so would endanger their lie to make money off of keys by intentionally punishing players for anything minor such that they can force you to not be able to achieve keys which unlocks cards which unlocks gems which is used to unlock rank 6 and 7 on characters for skill mastery.

I just thought that anyone who had been punished that if you are not too far ahead, just start over as I am because they have openly now admitted through use of self perjury that they will not and never intend to lower punishment to make money off of us.
