I would like a word change on a Riot created article as its explicitly stating false information.
In this article it CLEARLY states "Stay focused on solid comms, teamwork, and sportsmanship in your games and you'll be earning chests and keys sooner rather than later."
However seeing as people could have had prior punishments to this systems release which was 10 months ago, it could be possible that you haven't received any punishments at all in 10 agonizing and painfully long months but because that's only 2 tiers dropped you still have yet to be allowed to receive any form of anything from this system.
I would like you to change the "sooner rather than later" bit because you have such a painfully long system that is extremely vague as it doesn't even say your current tier and sooner is not even a term able to be used after 10 months of long and hard waiting of being good... I don't hear you saying, don't worry, nunu's rework will be soon when its a year or more away... you don't even mention it at all... it needs to be you will never be earning chests or keys ever so don't ever get your hopes up because at Riot Games we believe being bad once a month is enough to make it so you will never be allowed to receive anything for free ever... or heck lets go further once every 2 months... no wait! once every 2 months and 29 days... PERFECT!
Look I get you want to reform people, or you need to make money which is probably the more likely motive as people who have been punished can still buy keys. "makes no sense at all..."

10 months of perfect behavior no reports, having earned a ribbon and losing it naturally with time for friendly... I mean come on man...
heck even people trying to gift me because of how well I played and how I nice I was to them for having a bad game and trying to cheer them on...
