If you beat up Nasus enough in the first 10 minutes, that sets him back far enough that he's not nearly as menacing. Take the time he's forced to farm and kill his team's other lanes.

If Nasus is broken to you, then play him. He gets harassed and the moment you fall behind in lane, you're just food to them.
