Riot and their Memory dumps

I don't know why this problem occurs to me (and others) but because someone isn't fixing the issues and obviously doesn't care my game crashed saying something about a memory dump,and with the way the client is designed I couldn't alt tab out as it forced me to stay in the window (another thing you havnen't fixed RIOT) I couldn't force it to close and reenter the game, i couldn't use the prompt for the memory dump, and this is on you RIOT but you label me as a "LEAVER", take away my LP and say "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." Please do not punish me for your short comings. This has nothing to do with my system. My laptop has a RX 580 Graphics card (Equivalent to GTX 1060) and the laptop runs smoothly. This also happens to other players as I found out after some research and asking friends. So its because of you RIOT. I just want you to unpenalize me for your mistakes.
