but usually veigar goes for 60 in 10minutes. 200 by 20minutes, and 400 by 35minutes. a truly fed/free farmed veigar can break these numbers, but these are the goals.
not sure about sion, but i think he gets like 150 -> 350 -> 700 (at most) ish bonus hp. over the course of the game.
