Since the beginning of the season, after the introduction of the new runes I feel so bad about this season. Can someone help me to understand what is going on and if riot agree that this season is in a bad spot?

Way too much damage. Look at Zoe, for instance. It feels like every other game is a oneshot clown fiesta.
