A Mordekaiser Rework I came up with in 30 Minutes
Iron Man
A percentage of Mordekaiser's damage is converted into a temporary shield that scales with level and bonus health. Outside of battle, it decays up to the 20% mark.
Q - Mace of Spades
Morderkaiser empowers his next basic attack, causing bonus magical damage. The impact is so forceful that it stuns the target for 0.1 seconds and sends a shockwave that deals 50% damage to the surrounding area.
W - Creeping Death
Mordekaiser sends a hail of metal fragments that orbit around the target. He gains bonus movement speed when moving towards the target while it's under the effect of Creeping Death.
*On Enemy:* Lowers their Magical Resistance and deals Magical Damage over time. Morderkaiser gains 50% of the Movement Speed bonus.
*On Ally:* Raises their Armor and Magical resistance, they deal little Magical Damage to nearby enemies.
E - Syphon of Destruction
Morderkaiser sends a corrupt wave down a cone, dealing Magical Damage to all targets struck and gaining more Shield than normal.
R - Children of the Grave
*Passive:* Mordekaiser can rip the soul of a fallen enemy champion every 180 seconds, gaining a percentage of their bonus health and summoning a Ghost Champion that deals their total Attack Damage + a percentage of Mordekaiser's Ability power.
*Active:* Mordekaiser sends forth a Spectre that deals Magical Damage based on the enemy's Maximum Health and heals Mordekaiser by a smaller fraction. Killing enemies gains Mordekaiser Phantom Force, which increase his Spectre's damage, speed, and summons more Spectres per cast.
