Some information to counter OP champs
My cousin was plat 1 before he got permabanned, when I would watch him play, he would easily destroy champs people had a problem with.
jg
(not an issue in lane) is magic damage
ULT = magic damage
W = magic damage
= magic damage
= magic damage
= magic damage
A Jax with
will have a decent amount of physical damage, but the magic damage is still the primary damage here. Of course a Jax with
is purely magic damage. So build magic resist.
With Jax in jungle,
was top lane. Regardless of how this guy is built, he's purely physical damage, so you build armor.
My cousin got two double kills against these two top lane. He ran a full armor rune page. Quints and Seals were scaling, marks were flat, scaling magic resist glyphs.
He picked
(said Rammus would work just as well, but since mid-lane was
, he said he "couldn't use Rammus against her")
Anyways, as Malphite he rushed
, killed Darius pretty early on starting with
then recalling and getting
. Then he built
and
. After Jax killed him the 1st time, around the 18 minute mark, my cousin looked like he was going to break his keyboard (if you guys had me on snapchat, you'd have been amused, raging at its finest).
Anyways, after my cousin farmed a little, he got
before finishing his armor. Next time Jax came to lane, did no damage to him at all. Then he was all, "I should have picked
lol" <---- I still don't get what he meant by that, but whatever
Anyways, to wrap up this post, what I got out of this is that you need MR to play against Jax.
, but yeah you've got the right idea, most of the people who come here to complain about "OP" champions are going to stay stuck at their current rating until they realize that there will always be something that's "OP", because as soon as you nerf one thing something else rises up to replace it. So the best strategy is just to work on playing against these champions.
