Champ Select Trolls Still Exist

I'm over my little cousins house watching him play, he selects top as primary and middle as secondary. He gets in champ select and sees he gets to be top pick. Problem is, he's the second pick, fortunately he owns all the champs and support was last pick. He was going to support as Nautilus.

So my cousin says, "I don't want to get countered, I'm going to pick Nautilus for you, then we can trade," then he picks Nautilus. Out of nowhere, the support starts raging, "F### you noob b####! I never agreed to trade with you! Good luck top #sshole. I'm going to support as Brand."

Even though they easily won...

The "support" and one other player blamed my cousin, while my cousin and one other player blamed the "support." One guy just stayed silent the entire game.

So I'm curious, who do you think is to blame? Did my cousin troll for not asking permission to pick Nautilus and trade? Or did the other guy troll for not trading?

EDIT - The support chose Nautilus as his pre-ban champ. Most people are grateful when you secure their pick for them.

The point is there was no agreement. Never try to do a trade setup in solo queue unless it is agreed upon in chat first. Also the last pick Support had a chance to show the team which support he was going to run. IF he picked Brand as his preference then your cousin picked Nautilus . Then yes your cousin was the troll.

When you resort to playing the blame game, you immediately place yourself at fault for whatever follows. Negativity only produces more negativity. If you are seeking an honest answer, the only person in this situation who did the right thing was the silent player. Better to wait out a storm in silence than venture into it and be consumed by it.

Solo queue why would you expect someone to trade with you without confirming it before hand?

Also, don't go top/middle if you're afraid of being countered.

You don't pick for someone without their permission, period, even if they say what they want to play.

Your cousin was being selfish and got what he deserved.
