Item Sets on Servers, RITO PLEASE

So my friend came over for a "SLEEP-over" last Saturday and worked hard all night on some creative item sets like AP Garen, Tanky Yi, etc... He logged on today a week later, then called me and said, "WHERE ARE MY ITEM SETS?!" I realized we had forgotten the fact that item sets do not save to the accounts like runes and masteries do. I found the article on how to backup item sets, so I emailed him the file a few minutes later (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752904-Item-Sets-#h4), but Rito please, can we have our Item Sets saved to our accounts? By the way, I share a computer with my brother, and his computer is in real bad shape right now. I too have lots of Item Sets, so I am so worried that I'm pretty much emailing myself my own item sets after every change I make, which is very silly, but I have to do it in case one day his computer dies and doesn't turn on. Rito please.

Also to add on to Item Sets, please let us share Item Sets with friends if you do one day decide to save item sets on servers.

At least your friend knew how to copy and paste. It's even worse when you teach your friend how to build at your house with an item set, then they go home and invite you and they're clueless on how to build. You email them and they're clueless on where to paste it.
