Singed needs a rework and here is why

EVERY SINGLE SINGED tries proxy farming and does nothing but feed or stay top all game and refuses to do anything but farm. I guess his kit encourages people to not work with their team and it's very frustrating to have the game automatically be a 4v5 when singed is picked. A split pusher like tryndamere is a different thing because he actually does damage to towers. Singed players just place a Zzrot in lane and run around past the enemies towers and die will the enemies turret very very very slowly takes damage. If you're lucky the minions will have killed the first tower by 20 min!
