Isn't it hypocritical how Riot..

So Riot takes a "stance" on toxicity a while back and bans Tyler1. Then fairly recently he was unbanned, and they were even promoting his match with qtpie on the client. You know why this rubs me the wrong way? Riot has made it EXTREMELY easy to get a chat restriction, or get eliminated from participating in the honor progression. This means many players cannot earn rewards or play in the clash mode. You essentially rewarded Tyler1 for his toxicity because you had a chance to make a lot of money off of him and his fan base, but the average player with a previous chat restriction a year ago can get restricted/banned again by simply calling someone "stupid" or a "retard"? Can someone provide some clarification on this?

Tyler1 is an example of reform being possible. He should be held in a high regard because it proves that even someone as toxic as him can turn themselves around.
