I'm in my promos, the game crashes and completely locks up my computer, I lose and the game because I have to hard restart my PC and it marks me as disconnected. Entire team reported me and I got no xp. Cool.

Same here. While I'm playing a match I get a windows alert sound and then the game completely crashes. I can't Alt+Tab and delete the client; I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Sign Out, and Sign back in so I can reload the client and get back into the match. Some games it happens more than once. Usually it dies down, but it's very annoying and always puts me behind.

just happened to me in aram and I cant even reconnect xD I had to hard restart my PC because I couldnt do anything not even task manager. But it happened to me before in ranked too.. thats the 2nd time. I hope I dont get banned for not being able to get ingame again lul

I found a solution to the problem. It wasn't that hard, I just had to reinstall Windows. To do this I did a factory reset on my computer. It should be noted that after I got these crashes for awhile I started seeing this Windows Error saying that I had a corruption in my GamePanel.exe file. This file is specifically used by Windows when playing games so its crucial for all gaming.

Whatever the corruption is I couldn't find a better solution to repairing the file online, although anyone else is welcome to try. Microsoft should have backups of the file for redownload (hopefully :l)
