Hi Ekko main here, wondering why you did something that should've been don't long ago but then instead of compensating correctly you added something really weird and situational which is allowing his w to be triggered as he moves back through time in his ult.

The compensation lies in the higher AP ratio for the Q. The W ult thing is just a nice bonus.

The main point is they buffed the Q damage, to make AP Ekko better, and removed slow passive to hurt tank. The W thing is just extra.
