RIOT I FEEL SEVERELY SCAMMED PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION:

I’ve been playing a lot of ranked recently and honestly I’ve had no problems. For my past 20 games I won 15/20 the last 4 leading up to my promos to plat 4 wins (1 loss before those, but wins before that as well). Over all this season I have a 59% win rate, and by the time I sweeper by promos I had plat 2 mmr according to op.gg and was earning about 26 lp per win. Now I know this site isn’t totally reliable, but if my mmr was truly plat 2 or even plat 3 why was I not promoted to plat 3 from plat 5 skipping plat 4. What pisses me off most about this is effectively this wastes about 5 or so hours of my life getting from plat 4 to 3 which is rediculous if I’m really playing like a plat 2 player. So basically my question is this: how tf does division skipping work? And I want some real numbers not just “your mmr has to be high”
