... just had a game where i was riven vs j4 and got 1 shot at lvl 6
how was he NOT hacking... also apparently had full attack speed runes because there is no other way he had the attack speed he had, so where teh fuck was his dmg from?

What was your build? What was his build? What does his AS matter?
Well his E between passive attack speed and flag attack speed can give him like 40% attack speed by level 6... and his passive does 10% of your max health. His Base AD is one of the biggest as well. And his ult is a nuke. Maybe that's why he did a lot of damage to a more than likely squishy riven.
That's funny... yesterday I had a J4 who kept dying to riven over and over then when riven started grouping with her teammates she was 12-1
The Riven vs Jarvan 4 match up is one you shouldn't underestimate. Riven being naturally squishy aside her shield doesn't help. With J4 armor reduction from Q + his passive. From what I'm seeing in your match history the Jarvan had Ignite/Thunderlords with Hydra/Statik Shiv. You didn't even have Ninja Tabi. J4 Q + passive + R + thunderlord's I can see him one shotting you easily with no problem. ESPECIALLY if he crit you
Did you used to play CoD? Cause you are using CoD logic right now. You know the logic of everyone that outplays you is a hacker kind of logic.
You should download and watch the replay through your client. You'll be able to add up the damage by clicking on J4 and hovering his skills to add the dmg. Remember to take into account the shred on his Q and the E active's passive.
