planters2 votesIt is fixed. this is 100% intentional. I read it way back when they did this and a rioter said that yes they did know it would interact like this and were perfectly fine with it reducing damage to certain mages like anivia and, yes it was part of their example, karthus.
Morbazan1 votesIt'd be interesting to see them make all 'crits' scale off crit damage, just to see if crit damage runes become a thing for a few champions, instead of almost never being used on anyone.
