Can we finally get a punishing system at PBE

PBE has been left without banning system for way too long. Players can literally run it down and won't get banned for it due to the lack of a banning system. Afks, trollers, racists and all kind of scum, comes to pbe where you are trying to relax and they bombard you with their griefing and you can't do anything about it because nobody will ban/punish them no matter what they do. I suggest a banning system gets created which would also effect the account linked to it. Getting no free RP on PBE for X amount for days and if someone has been way too unsportsmanlike, having the account linked to PBE, warned and eventually, dropping its honor to 0, aka unhonorable level.
