Can we address Stormrazor?
This item has been far too overloaded for far too long. Crit, attack speed, move speed, AD. It's literally a stat-check item. Do you know what, besides being able to right click, the following champions have in common?

If you guessed it's that they rush
, then congratulations, you've been paying attention.
Marksmen with such vastly different kits shouldn't have the same first item build path but whether you're talking
or even
everyone is rushing this freaking item.
We get it, riot, you trashed ADC itemization so badly the last pre-season that it was literally a meme again. We had
in the bot lane for like two months because of it. But the solution was not to throw in an item so broken and brain-dead that any physical damage dealer in the game can build it and succeed. Do you know what is really, really god damn dumb?

That, that is weapons-grade stupidity and it works!
When every ADC is just building an item because it's overpowered and gold efficient and not because it meshes with their kit, there is an issue.
You -finally- got around to nerfing
for very similar reasons, and it wasn't even as widely abused as
is right now.
It is so freaking frustrating to just be walked down by a physical damage dealer because they are getting a metric fuckton of move-speed and damage for doing what they were already doing without the item.
Wanna play
? That's a shame because
rushed a
+ Fleet footwork and even if you ult over a wall you aren't kiting anything.
Fell like playing
? You're not going to be able to get close enough to their ADC to grab em thanks to fleet footwork,
and of course
.
Especially since the ten trillion IQ changes to Dark Harvest turned it from an obscure keystone that a few junglers, assassins, and Miss Fortune were able to abuse into something that literally every laner in the game is taking because it hits harder than student loan debt hits a med-school drop-out.
Dark-Harvest +
is a combo that even fucking
could one shot with.
since you will die from a heart attack after learning how much ms that item gives.
