Ekko's scalings are still too high. If he builds tanky he needs to deal less damage.

Just had a game where an Ekko built trinity and nothing but defensive stats. He racked up a pretty impressive score pre 20-min and after he had 2 defensive items he was basically unkillable.

Ekko deals decent dmg vs squishies midgame with this build, but can't do anything vs bruisers lategame with tanky items. Only Xin had any survivability on your team... what do you expect - to outlast them? Your damage means nothing, if they can 3hit you - you had one bruiser + 4 squishies vs 2 bruisers +1 full tank + 2 squishies. Good Talon could probably 1v5 your team.
