When someone initiates a surrender why does the game list their name but no one else's who votes?

Because when I'm duo Q and my friend surrenders and asks if I said yes but I actually said no but don't want him to know I said no so I lie and say yes is why you can't see our names.

Because there's this erroneous assumption that the people who vote no in a 3-2 will get shit on verbally.

As they probably rightly should till a 3-2 vote works properly.

There is a variation of this reasoning behind why the client has for a very long time been broken and stopped telling you the names of players who dodged when they probably deserved some belittling when they throw or lose the pick/ban phase. (it's a bit different if they are dodging trolls on their own team)

Riot wants to avoid confrontation even if it destroys your game.

So we know who is spamming surrender off-cooldown.

Do you really need to know when the feeding bot lane goes from feeding to trolling?!?!
