flex match making is a mess

im a plat player i finished my flex placements won 6 lost 4 (let me add that 90% of the players i played with or against were plat gold or even some diamonds were in there) ... and got placed in iron 2

i thought i being a player at plat level in iron , i should be able to get out of iron and into silver in 3 or 4 days .... but i find more challenge here then my solo duo games

i get matched with players that are plat or even higher both in flex and solo duo , this by it self shouldnt be happening because i cant play with my friends that are higher then bronze (which includes all of them -_- )

and all the games are totally unbalanced either they are above us in mmr by 200 or more or we are above them by that much or MORE

like in my last game i had 2 bronze bot laners vs two plat bot laners and they lost their lane in 6 minates and left it ... that made a hell for me being a jungler beacuse ..... you know the rest

its been a week and now im bronze iv , i cant play with my friends because they are gold in flex , whats the point of having an iron division when its the nest for higher ranks ? its not fair nor to the higher ranks or the lower ones
