remove the active of hourglass and make it a summoner spell
I just had this idee From post Was talking about " How we keep add new champ and runes But not new summ Spell" , Why not remove hourglass active and make it summ spell ?

you really want people to be using zhonyas at lvl 1?
Because only AP champs, mostly mages, are balanced around having access to that. Even the single-use stasis of Stopwatch warps the game.
So many mage users here, downvoting everyone who dare to say truth...
Nah, I'd prefer they remove or greatly change the item tbh. It's abused by any character that can build AP, especially Assassins, who don't need more safety than they already have. So ADCs being able to abuse it, nah fam.
I'd prefer if they just made a new unique summoner spell, or if they made it into a Summ, change it greatly and have a super long cooldown.
I don't want ADC's to have Zhonyas. Stopwatch is obnoxious enough.
So... what you are telling us is that the game should be nothing but flash, teleport, zhonyas and smite?
I don't know why people are so negative; it's actually an interesting idea, as long as mages were given some sort of compensation.
The cost would be not everyone could come into the game with Flash + Ignite, which would significantly slow down snowballs. It'd also be soft-prohibited for top laners, since they specifically kind of need a Teleport option.
To those complaining about level 1 Stasis: Why do you care? if they blow it at level 1, they're likely to die to whoever was chasing. And they won't have it at level 6 when they actually need it, since it'd have a significant cooldown.
It'd also leave a slot open on Inspiration to put a better rune.
You'd actually have to pick your summoners based on teams, not a default.
(P.S. I don't care about GA taking AD's having it. If they want it, they have to either give up Flash or Ignite, which is fine by me)
