Bug: Akali can dash through Vel'Koz Q

Yesterday this happened at least 7 times in a single game. Several times I had fired my Q straight at her and still she dodged it with her dash and it kept flying. Akali definitely gets hit by Janna Q and Karthus W, so Vel'Koz Q should hit her. Yet it repeatedly didn't. Would be nice to look into this.

Mb it did ,but she just spellwamped everything back and it looked like it didint hit?
