We should implement a mentor system. This idea is not new, but I honestly think it is needed since new players only get a small tutorial that only goes over the very basics of how to play. Even if we aren't thinking about new players, there are a lot of older players who would also appreciate playing more advanced players as a method of getting better. By the way, to those who have never heard of this, this system would basically match you with an individual that is either level 30 or higher rank. The player assisting you is there to give you tips and what not to help you improve your skill level. This post is basically just bringing up the idea once again, hopefully we can get this post noticed by a rioter.

It would help quite a bit. Having some sort of reward for helping the player would make the system more likely to be used (possibly an IP boost).

With the reward, some sort of check to make sure that the mentor was actually helping would be needed. Something as simple as asking the new player at the end of the game, "Did your mentor give you helpful advice?".
