Personally I think his Q/W are fine, it encapsulates what he should be as a champion, but obviously his E should definitely be changed right? His ultimate is also countered extremely hard by an executioners blade which costs like 800g
yes he can as long as people accept the fact that regardless of what subclass rito claims him to be that he is a tank
Mundo needs mechanics that synergize off of his sort of on/off play style. All of his abilities besides Q basically juice him up with fatty buffs for a duration before he runs out of steam and turns back 'off'. In a sense I look at Blitzcrank in the same way, where their abilities make the champion highly dependent of their rotations, especially for being melee class.
both these champions need better ways of taking advantage of their 'on' function, or be completely reworked with abilities that offer better situation control.
