Are ranked borders showing up for you guys?
I was Plat 3 in season 6 and I don't have a border, have they not came out yet?

All borders should already be distributed based on what rank people were at the end of the season (Nov 7th).
If you have not received your ranked rewards please contact player support https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us so that they can look into it for you. Allow roughly two business days response time.^^
It's not officially season 7 yet, so that's probably why.
