Hmm no Ashe, Satan, MF, Trist, Kog, Draven, Graves, Corki, and Caitlyn. You've killed half the roster of adcs.
Mf, Ashe, Kog'Maw are basically the foundation adcs. They literally can represent adc as a class / role. Positioning, Cs, and Target selection with little to no special mechanical requirements are the hallmarks of these champions. Positioning, Cs, and target selection make up the meat of the adc role. So if you refuse to learn or do not wish to grind out on these champions you probably shouldn't attempt to adc it'll definitely be a unenjoyable experience.
Anyway, ignoring that.. What you have left selection wise for adcs is very limited. Actually here is all of the available options:

Out of those options I can honestly say you probably shouldn't play any of these if you're new to the adc role (Harder to pickup / demanding of adc experience to do well with):

That leaves:

Onto possible builds

Core:
or
(Ess if you have trouble managing mana, Inf otherwise)
Arpen items:
(First against tanky teams, Second is a priority if they have heavy sustain (Soraka, Mundo, etc))
Highly recommended late game item:
Situational Items:
(Mercurial against cc heavy teams / zed/ fiora / malz / warwick, Maw Against heavy ap / mixed damage teams, Steraks to help get out when they try to burst you / get past your front line and your ult is on cooldown, Generally if you need the tankiness you will be build maw and steraks, Ga is obvious if they're consistently killing you it gives you a second chance to do damage in the teamfights / can let you live through 1 for 1 trades)

Base Build:
(Sometimes Bt takes priority over infinity edge)
Pick One Finishing item:
(Same as varus, Sometimes necessary to rush this earlier in the build)
Situational: Same as Varus you just have decide which of the last 3 items to give up for it. If they have no tank or low sustain the arpen item will probably be the safest bet to replace.
Oh and for both of these champions you can replace Shiv with RFC or PD as necessary.
PD's damage reduction can be useful for turning trades / saving you when something is in your face.
When losing lane sometimes it might actually be a good idea to go straight into BT (The extra sustain / Shield might be able to turn things around).
Do not underestimate the usefulness of Mercurial Scimitar and Mortal Reminder they both help against a surprising amount of champions and both are nearly never built in low elo (Bronze -> Gold).
