Don't rely on Kayns Ult to avoid damage.

It's unreliable like this. Towershots hit, ADCs can apparently still hit you even with a target based one like Vayne and in some cases AOE can still hurt.

Edit: Yes we get it. DOT will still hurt lol

It really needs a bugfix or if not that just some clarity as to what can cause damage.
