Well boots have litterally have no active so no its understandable to put your active 1st

Beside this isnt dota. They got summoner spells in their boots.

I do it because I think it like this:

first hands second head third off hand fourth chest fifth pants and sixth boots

Boots on 6, yes. First is usually Sightstone/EotX, second is whatever the coolest item active is (usually Locket), third is reserved for a pink ward...

all my active items go in 2, 3, 4, if i have more than that then the one i use less goes in 1 or 5 (my keyboard layout makes it harder to press 1, 5, and 6)
