Does redeeming the golden chroma and ward include championship Ashe itself?

Championship Ashe and the Golden Chroma are separate.
You have to buy the skin to get the chroma useable. You will only get the shard ready to be redeemed when you purchase the skin. Same for the ward skin. Hope it helped!
