Stuck in champ select?

I can't really describe much, other than a normal day trying to play some ARAM aaaaand... As soon as the timer ends, we get trapped in champion select.. I am SO confused.

It's only happened once so far, though earlier in the year something similar happened.

I'm gonna try again.

EDIT1: This is happened twice now and I imagine every single time if I keep queuing. ARAM should be disabled..

EDIT2: So, every single queue is just, broke.
