Many people are looking forward to playing him top and this rework seems to kill that potential. W doesn't seem to be possible to cast on oneself (it doesn't specify it) and his stun seems super easy to dodge because of the delay, without delay or more similar to Jinx's or Jhin's W would be better.

420Templar2 votesI'm gonna try him as a jungler. His passive give him AS, his W lets you fire stuns off of your allies, and even if you can't get ganks off, you're useful in teamfights without much gold (just based off of effects) and you can literally walk into a lane and drop a heal.

Yeah, no. As an armor stacking toplaner he's not nearly as good as Malphite or even Rammus. There's no reason to ever play him top over those champions.
Kai Guy1 votesHe fills a different role in teamfights then malph or ram, can be used in protect the kog comps because of his utility for example. That being said need to wait and see his numbers.
Kai Guy1 votesI dont think he will have the best matchups in the current meta. Going to be waiting to see his Ratios first before making any decisions on it. if his bond range is good then ya might be able to get some wicked ganks off so could be doable. Gonna wait and see.

Zorae421 votesHis W can be self cast During the srun's delay you can still move/attack, so it's not too hard to dodge.
His new passive is really ridiculous and with high CDR you can endlessly combo E-Q-W (only limit is mana). Get an Iceborn gauntlet and he's going to be super overbearing.
I think he'll be fine top and possibly be a niche junglerer.
