Can I pass on pick intent?
I like to pick champions based on what the other team picks. I will never choose a champion for pick intent unless forced to by the system.
Can I have a pass button so we don't waste 30 seconds of everyone's time?

you don't have to pick a champ though. and it's only 30 seconds.
Yeah you don't have to pick a champion at the very start. It is there so people can see what others are planning to lane as so you can better build a team. I find it REALLY helpful.
u can always just pick and change it.
I mean, its only 30 seconds. Unless you want people to dodge if they don't lock in or pass like everything else, it will be like the old champion selection where at least one person will just wait for the timer to run out for no reason.
Ok, got down voted. Fair enough. It's 30 seconds wasted of all our time, but that's cool. I can minimize window and watch something like The Expanse or LCS vods during that time.
