@Riot regarding the Swain rework.

Is it actualy needed anymore? if i remember correctly he was put off from the midyear mage update due to needing more work, and it was about him not meeting his full thematic tactician thing... but with his changes and how he plays now, he actually is very tactful ever since his Q became a zone control, his snare being a controlling thing, his e marking a target to take more damage, they all seem like the type of stuff a war tactician/general would do. In fact the only thing not tactician like of him is him turning into a bird and that became part of who he is.

So is he really in need of a full scale VGU? or is it just a visual update now?
