Can we make Ilaois passive work like Zyras?

No not in the sense of tentacles spawning randomly around her, but in the sense of the "first 2 minutes of the game the tentacles wont spawn in base" type of thing. its honestly just like ok just started the game aaaaand my tentacle is in our nexus.

Zyra's just don't seem to spawn in her own base. Doesn't seem time sensitive

its based on time, they wont spawn in her base until after like 5 minutes.
