Suggestion on how to bring Tahm Kench and Dr. Mundo in line
I am not suggesting an outright nerf to these champions but rather a buff to a currently weak item which would allow adcs who aren't
and other AS champions to be able to hurt these guys. Buff
by increasing its percent health damage. Keep its passive as physical damage obviously because that way it doesn't hit tanks who prioritize armor and magic resist over health (which are most tanks, not bruisers). It might also have the side effect of weakening

make it so ranged champs only deal half of the percent health damage. That way if say it was increased to 10% or 12% it would still be no more viable on Vayne.
